Challenge
Multinational firm IGT Gaming was struggling to manage game assets efficiently, leading to fragmented processes and delays in delivering assets to customers. Its existing systems lacked user-friendly interfaces, and customers couldn’t easily access game assets.
As a result, IGT Gaming wanted to create a new game asset management platform called ‘Casino Lounge’. The idea was that Casino Lounge would seamlessly connect customers with various in-game assets, such as characters, objects, sound effects. This would empower customers to easily access and integrate game assets into their platforms, and therefore deliver a better user-experience (UX) and increase game adoption.
IGT partnered with Cube3 to build the Casino Lounge platform, ensuring it offers an intuitive UX for both internal teams and customers, and streamlines processes to boost revenue.
Solution
We built the Casino Lounge platform, rich with the following features:
Centralised asset repository: Casino Lounge is a centralised repository for all game assets, allowing easy access and management for IGT and its customers.
Intuitive user interface (UI): The intuitive UI is designed for ease of use, enabling customers to browse, select, and download game assets effortlessly.
Customisation options: Customers can tailor game assets to their specific requirements such as resolution and format.
Version control: Robust version control mechanisms ensure that customers always have access to the latest versions of game assets, reducing errors and inconsistencies.
Analytics and reporting: The platform provides insights into customer interactions with game assets, enabling IGT to optimise offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Integration capabilities: Casino Lounge seamlessly integrates with existing systems and platforms, enabling customers to easily incorporate game assets into their applications and websites.
